Conditions for Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. This includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the product.

How to Return an Item

Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of your return.

 

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

 

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cs@guildcraftinc.com. We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
